Then again, it could be something as simple as someone under level 20 who is tired of running slow. So even though this increases your run speed by 50% for 15 seconds, it can save you several minutes on your leveling time. If it’s not any of these reasons, it’s probably just to run away from mobs when they are about die. Whatever the case may be, it’s considered a big commodity, which is why every Alchemist should be listing it in the Auction House.
