Zygor’s guide is one of the earliest in-depth guides that focus on power leveling any character class from any race. Not only does it layout the specifics in reaching the highest possible level within a week period, but it also stays up to date with free revisions being offered and support for both expansion packs.

The real highlight of the guide is that it doesn’t come in the form of a friendly website or eBook. Instead, it takes the form of an add-on which is installed like any other add-on, but its purpose is to guide players each step of the way providing visuals on what to do next, which quests to take on and where to go next. The improvements to the user interface make Zygor’s guide one of the easiest guides to follow.

Joana’s Leveling Guide

Joana’s leveling guide has similar objectives to Zygor’s guide and also focuses on gradually turning level 1 characters into level 70 characters and beyond. The author of this guide is known to be part of all the beta games and has a lot of experience in leveling thus making it a perfect guide for power levelers.

Although Zygor’s guide takes on areas a bit more specifically, Joana’s guide provides some interesting and unique points of views regarding character class builds. Zygor’s guide covers faster methods, but Joana’s guide is still good if your favorite character class and race is covered.

Dugis Ultimate World of Warcraft Guide

Dugis is a fairly new guide and it shares the same characteristics of both Joana’s and Zygor’s guides in terms of composition as this guide is installed as an add-on as well. It also focuses on the power leveling category and does not involve any grinding to make this guide rather enjoyable to follow.

It is also easy to use and relies on automation by displaying the next step after a task is completed. What separates this guide from the other leveling guides is that it offers several “sub-guides” covering deeper topics including gold accumulation, profession building, and talent specs. It is also the most affordable of the pack.
